Probably due in no small part to me listening to a ton of the Glass Canon actual play podcast during my recent international trip, but I think I want to pull the trigger on getting involved in some kind of RPG adventure path. We've flirted with the idea of starting up on roll20 here for something but never got very far.

Paizo just released Starfinder which is a SciFi series set in space. I've listened to a bit of actual play with my wife and it sounds awesome. There is also Pathfinder which is the traditional fantasy setting. And of course D&D 5th Ed.

I'd be open for any one of these if we could get a group that wants to do a once a month game on roll20. Anyone interested?

I might be down for this.  I have not played a tabletop RPG in years but I used to be obsessed with them.  I had a couple different groups I played with and at one point between them I was playing AD&D, Shadowrun, and Vampire: The Masquerade simultaneously, plus we would occasionally throw in a M:TG night.  I also was part of a group way back when that played the Marvel Superheroes RPG on a BBS (hey I said it was way back when) and we had a ton of fun (I was Captain America).

Not exactly the same thing, but there is an Alexa app that is an "Escape Room".  You have to ask questions or give commands like "Look Left" or "Use Gas Can" to escape from the room.  First one took us nearly half an hour.

lol - what about a little peer pressure?

I'm seriously thinking about once a month, regular adventure path. A story that we just go through together.

This whole thing is actually a giant drinking game, but I figured you'd be too busy with your Zima and Shmirnoff Ices... :P

I would play depending on the time (weird work schedule).  I love 5th Ed

For sure - it's like Oceans 11 in a Waterdeep setting.  It just came out last week and is getting great reviews.

I took a look and stopped reading. If we go that way, I have at least 3 strong character options in mind. And I'm happy to help set up the GM.
