This recipe is adapted to my brewhouse and ingredients from Jennifer Talley's "Session Beers" book. I believe it is a take on Firestone Walker's now retired "Pale 31" ale. Very tasty and refreshing, going to be on regular rotation at my place.
Enjoy!
