so today i got 5 gallons of "cruzs' apple butter cyser, 3 gallons of joe's ancient orange and 7 gallons of blueberry wine going. started the wyeast 3347 2 days ago, it is a PITA to get going, finally had to feed it out on some DME and nutrients and energizer to get it really working. I'm out of honey now so i guess i'll go back and start on some of my big beers i've been wanting to do.

Man I'd like to make some of that. i was late on my elderberry harvest this year and didn't get as many as before, so i'll make a smaller batch today and blend some of the blueberry with it and no spices this time. then my freezer will be clear of fruit,Man I'd like to make some of that. It sounds good...
