Can you bottle can condition? Use priming sugar? Filling the can with flat beer would be easier. I do not understand the variables.

 

Don't know why you couldn't.  I know for sure that Sierra Nevada does.

iIRC, SNPA is bottle-conditioned.

Can spunding is something I want to try when I have some spare time.

Also can and keg conditioned.  They partially carb it, then add yeast at packaging.
