So this holiday weekend just opened up for me, so I'm thinking it's time to make more beer. The last batch turned out really well, & I'd forgotten how nice it is to have beer on tap. :frank:

I've got a pound each of Azacca, Ekuanot, and Mandarina Bavaria. Thinking another NE style IPA, `8 gallons or so. Whirlpool & dry hop only.

Which would be best as a single hop beer?

Which two go together best?

Any other thoughts?

Thanks!

Single - Mandarina Bavaria

Pair - Mandarina and Azazza.  I find Azacca to be meh on its own but is a good supporting hop.

Equanot is a far stronger hop that the other two and would be my preference for a single hop if you're making American styles. Mandarina is more subtle/noble with mandarin-like undertones. Agree with Drez on Azacca and will add that it is not as strong as a lot of the big IPA hops. In fact it's probably more understated than Cascade if that makes sense.
