Sober or still smoking up? Any effect on your weight, sleep, mood, etc?

Still smoking up.

No major effects on mood or sleep (I still sleep like shit) and it was not difficult at all.

I did lose 5 lbs. So that's a plus. After this weekend i'm going to do another 21 days and see.

What are you going to break the fast with???? Rum?


Personally I would have rolled a big fat joint, then start the morning off right with a ginormous Bloody Mary

Personally I would have rolled a big fat joint, then start the morning off right with a ginormous Bloody Mary


Not a fan of the Bloody.

Drinking Corona at the moment. Felt summery.

Not a fan of the Bloody.

Drinking Corona at the moment. Felt summery.


To me the Bloody is my “happy” drink.. it’s my go to “traveling” drink, so it puts me in a good mood just thinking about it.. I’m also a tomato juice whore, so there’s that too :wub:

I don't really like tomato juice or savory alcohol drinks. But I get it.... for me that drink is rum

I've been toying with suspending drinking (maybe just beer) for 30 days. I'm trying to get under 200 and I know that would help. I've been working out like a champ lately. Down 20 pounds since April.

I lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks from quitting alcohol and I actually increased my sugar consumption... it works

I've been thinking about a "detox" too. No beer, no coffee and no cigars for 30 days. Basically turn into the kind of person I don't like to be around. Fun! :D
