not

I have two APAs,  3.5 kegs that are higher abv than I like to have around.  So tomorrow will match one of those batches but closer to just under 4% abv.  And the next will too.  Blending is the plan, and for the other two kegs next batch.  Pretty exciting stuff for a milestone.  B)

It's not really 500, probably closer to 600. But this is since I started again at the end of 2004.  The brewery will smell good tomorrow morning.  2-row and Citra

Nice milestone. I wish I had a better count of how many batches I have done, early day notes were not good.

I'm here as well. No clue on how many batches. I admire you guys who kept track. Congrats.

Most of my notes are almost worthless.  Dates and ingredients but not much more.  If something didn't seem right I may look again when needed.  Mostly it's just a mark in time when I started again.  And when our son started his ventures into pro brewing.  He's been at it for well over 10 years now. It's satisfying to sit back and see

500 batches is a lot of fecking beer. Plus, you do 10 gallon batches IIRC. Grats.

Congrats on the 500 and on brewing, calling a timeout and then brewing again.

At one point I wrote a piece of software to keep track of my batches and I had everything in there starting with batch 1 in 1999.  I had a HDD crash and lost the code and the data which was really stupid of me to let happen.  So I have no idea where I am now.  None.  I'm sure I have to be somewhere around 700-800 but I have no real idea.

Also, I hear you on the higher-than-normal ABV especially in the summer... I'd rather have a beer in the 4-5% range for sure.  Cheers & enjoy.
