so far I've used it in an APA and a vienna/pils hybrid I made. I'm not sure I used enough to REALLY get a feel for it but both beers came out great. I think it is a nice replacement for regular carapils if you want a little extra special something in there. thoughts?
anyone using carapils copper?

I have used it and I like it. I did a beer that had the same grain recipe but one had CP copper and one had regular CP and I liked the copper version better. Reminds me that I need to get another 5 pounds of it.

good point - I should check my grain closet to see how much I have...
looks like I have a pound so okay for one more batch of something.

I haven't used it. Reads like a 30l crystal on Breiss' site.
it doesn't add caramel type flavors. more toasty if anything but I'm not 100% sure.

Agree, not like crystal to me. Adds color, body and bit of nuttiness but not sweetness in my batches.
