The data speak for themselves. Toyota falls squarely between the two.
I definitely wouldn't drive a Toyota, though. I don't have time to deal with recalls and reliability issues.
Sorry Kia touched you in your special place, though. And then proceeded to anally pillage you, in your special place.
Did you ever come up with my quote for me?
Yeah, didn't think so.
Like I said, it's my opinion alone about the cars I choose to drive. You like your Stiger, great. Drive the wheels off of it.
I do know that we have an 04 Prius with 217,000 miles on it and it just keeps on going. My 2.5 year old Toyota with 74,000 miles has had exactly 0 issues.
Let me know when the Kia hits that mark.
Quality markets just shift over time. Germany was on top at one point. America was on top at one point. Japan was on top at one point. It's not like it would be a great shock if a new player rose to the top.
That said, I don't really think Korea in general is there yet. We're just talking about one car brand that's seriously upped their game in the past three years, and the deep Southers who are in denial about it.
I guess you missed my post where KIA has recalled 1.5 million cars in the last 18 months...
Talk about denial.
