BTW, that is a MUCH more flattering pic than the one of her elbow deep in the backside of livestock.My wife made an experimental batch, a brownish ale with some oatmeal thrown in.

Came out great as far as I can tell. Very low to no banana which is what I was shooting for. The maltiness isn't as in your face as I expected but after a few sips it starts to come through more once your taste buds adjust to the yeast spiciness.Zym,Is that the Dunkelweizen you put up on the other site recipe swap? Looks great if you ask me. Hope it turned out like you had hoped as well.
