You wear a watch on both arms? How did you press the shutter release? Oh, never mind...

Ha!Man I don't know who would remember... This pic is OLD... Stella Artois posted a pic from AU holding his pils, I took a pic of mine that I already had holding my red and shopped out my hand and glass and placed it in his pic. It looks almost perfect, and these were just some random pics...

My wife made an experimental batch, a brownish ale with some oatmeal thrown in.

BTW, that is a MUCH more flattering pic than the one of her elbow deep in the backside of livestock.

Zym,Is that the Dunkelweizen you put up on the other site recipe swap? Looks great if you ask me. Hope it turned out like you had hoped as well.

Came out great as far as I can tell. Very low to no banana which is what I was shooting for. The maltiness isn't as in your face as I expected but after a few sips it starts to come through more once your taste buds adjust to the yeast spiciness.

Ken, That was the 10 gallon recipe I posted on the other site and my buddy and me brewed on Friday night. His share and mine are fermenting away in my freezer. We used a combination of 15L and 20L crystal and we did an ounce of Mt Hood at flame out. The 3oz Mt Hood Whole hop 60 min addition smelled awesome in the kettle.

BFB you have a hood over your brew rig? I noticed the door was closed in the video while you were brewing.

Promise more beer pron this year, but this is all I could manage last year. Not too bad though, 30 gal of 80/shilling, and 10 gal of wee-heavy, plus a 7.5 gal 1/4bbl of apple-strawberry mead for the ladies.Brewed it all in prep for my wedding.Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

No...usually the door is open about 2' or so and I get plenty-o-fresh air. I had it shut down for the video just because of the glare.CO detector shows I'm safe.
