I heard that "fad" is supposed to die off by this coming Thanksgiving, so there's that :)

Denny will be into milkshake brews by then!    (we really need to bust his balls until he finds his way into this thread!)

I missed the Philly and Baltimore HBC's. RH sounds like a nice road trip.

I think the homebrew clubs put in the proposals so I guess no one in Boston put in or not enough? RI works much better for me!

My club is already lining up logistics for this. By Amtrek is the cheapest; may squeeze in a sidetrip to Boston. Hope I can score tickets for the event next year.

I was going to try for this year, but work didn't line up for me. Might go next year though if I can get a group of friends together for it.

Um, no....;)

Yeah, but not as much as before.  It has a lot more to do with finding the right facility at the right price at the right time.

Educational seminars all day long.  Huge trade show full of the latest equipment.  Most days I drink less than a couple pints.

Is New Belgium Juicy Haze a good representation of the style?

I have not tried that one yet but I will say I have not had a great example of the style from a large brewery. I will take a look at my store to see if they have it and test it out.
