Believe it or not I am flying the US flag in front of my house.

... full disclosure, I thought about turning it upside down but my shitbag neighbors would probably burn the house down...

LOL I read: Happy F-a-g Day! Which more or less would loosely coordinate with it being LGBT month. So I was curious. HaHa!

Lots of flags in our neighborhood today! I got a really quality one a year ago on Amazon and it has really held up well.

I pretty much have a flag up 24/7. It is illuminated at night.

My flag pole is broken. The hardware came off the top and I don't have a ladder long enough to fix it. It's made from steel pipe, so I guess I'm going to have to break out the pipe wrenches and take it apart at the couplings.

Ethanol is a vasodilator.  Without it, the birth rate would be negative zero.

I don't fly a flag. Not because I have something against America, but that it's a regular pita. You have to put it out in the morning, put it up in the evening. Or build a manly flag pole in which case you will need an all weather flag and it needs to be illuminated overnight.

So while I am very patriotic, sadly I am inherently lazy.

I pretty much get mine out on Memorial Day and leave it up until Veteran's Day unless the weather decides not to cooperate.  I assume that there are various perceptions that a 'flag displayer' might create.  Mine is simply "love of country" and a salute to those who serve and have served.  It does not mean I love everything about our country nor does it mean I like Trump, etc.

I don't really prescribe to a specific set of criteria when flying the flag.  I just put it up and let it fly.  Mine is not necessarily illuminated at night, etc.  Hopefully I'm not viewed as unpatriotic or disrespectful in any way ?
