I just tapped this beer and it is delicious. It is nice and crisp. I could smash this beer. Overall nice hop presence.

Now that the brewery is back operational I hope to get to this one soon.

Getting to this rebrew today. I decided to just go with Amarillo in the wp and dh. No bittering charge today.

Finally got this kegged. Finished at 1.000 so about 6.6%...dangerous! Next time I will use a more expressive yeast.

so no sweet orange peel?  seems like it would have been the perfect time for it!  still looks great in the other thread though :)

Not sure I have ever added that in my brewing "career". I will keep that in mind for next time...I can see it working well here.

it's not an uncommon addition for belgian type beers and it would possibly enhance the orange flavors from the amarillo.

I kegged mine a while back but I can only run two kegs at a time (normally). I will run 4 when my family visits in 2 weeks (2 in the garage fridge) and the Saison will be one of them.
