Anyone use this yeast? I have 2 expired packages and I am planning on using both to build up a nice starter and use it in something. Kind of thinking of doing a blend of Pils and Two-Row and hit it with about a pound of Vienna or Munich with a fair amount of Hallertau towards the end of boil but looking for input from anyone that has used this blend.
