The Gambrinus and Zurich have my attention. Anyone used either?

That 2002 Gambrinus sounds very familiar. I know I drank that beer on the train from Vienna to Prague but did I brew with that yeast? I used the 2487 HellaBock for some things. I have not used Zurich, AFAIK. I would order the Gambrinus and make some Saaz-heavy gold Czech beers with it. I did brew with the 2105 which I found to be a little boring.

The Zurich is pretty highly attenuative supposedly. I think it’s the Samuchlaus yeast. Beasty yeasty.
