I'm gellin!

 

Decided to try and clarify the beer with some gelatin.  Racked it off the yeast cake yesterday and set it on the patio.  Got up to mid twenties today, so I just put the gelatin in.  Will let it sit for 24 to 48 hours.

 

Anyone else do this to their beer?

it's been a while but yes.  I think it cleared it up a little faster but otherwise I ended up at about the same clarity.

Need to get some bottled and conditioned for a comp at the end of the month.  Otherwise, would have probably just let it take some time.
