Got 5# of Red-X dying of boredom so I'm thinking about making a simple Amber. Nothing overly sweet and I'm also looking for something a little on the dank side with minor citrus tones, choosing Magnum and Cascade. A little carafe to warm it up a bit and both that and Midnight to enhance the color. Denny's 1450 to do the hard work.
