Suggestions and tweaks welcome. Not sure if I want to use US-05 or Denny's Fav 50.

Style: American Pale Ale
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 6 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 7 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.051 (recipe based estimate)
Efficiency: 70% (brew house)

Skip the 60 min boil and use a 30. Move a the 10 min amarillo to 5 with the Citra and cool to about 170 and then add the ounce of Citra.

Or just brew as is :) both will make a fine beer.

Yeah this will be very nice. I'd give the nod to Denny's yeast but it will be great with US-05 too. Should be somewhat reminiscent of 3F's zombie dust. Also I'd bet you could drop it to 40-45 IBU and not even notice, at least I probably wouldn't.
