This Saturday's batch: a Vienna Pale Lager by design. I was going to do a German Pil's first, but cold quaffable 'yellow' beer is something I have a bunch of on tap right now, hence this recipe. I'm hoping for mild caramel notes and a very pleasant Vienna maltiness I have come to love
