Wait until you drink it!Holy Cow on the sulpher blow off! Sunday batch, I dropped the temp into the mid 50's, pitched and let it rise to ambient temperature; 72'ish. It's fermenting like a champ but last night the egg farts were absolutely fantastic

Aw come on man, why the Belgian loathing so early in the morning? But if the sulpher doesn't go away drinking a pint will require a clothespin for the nostrils.
