Holy Cow on the sulpher blow off! Sunday batch, I dropped the temp into the mid 50's, pitched and let it rise to ambient temperature; 72'ish. It's fermenting like a champ but last night the egg farts were absolutely fantastic :)

Aw come on man, why the Belgian loathing so early in the morning? But if the sulpher doesn't go away drinking a pint will require a clothespin for the nostrils.
