Brewing a SMASH tomorrow (MLK Holiday) using Gambrinus ESB Pale Malt and Simcoe. Buddy gave me the malt and I have no other use for it so I decided to use it for the clubs SMASH contest. First brew of the year.

nice. I love Simcoe, I've just never done it single hopped. Let us know how it turns out!

If you like Simcoe it makes a very nice single hop IMO. Its the Gambrinus ESB malt I have never used, but I hear good things about it.

I do a all Simcoe APA, this should be good imo. I do love Simcoe though.
