The Brew is Out There!

While it's nice and chilly in most of the US, we figured what better time to sit down and talk with Zymurgy editor and Lager aficionado, Dave Carpenter about the wide world of lagers, myths about them and why you should be making them at home. Oh and did we mention Dave has a book about Lager as well?

denny - are there ever transcripts of your podcasts?  I have a hard time with podcasts (not specifically yours).  I do much better reading these things.  Maybe there is a tool out there to automatically generate transcripts?  Just a thought.

We've looked into it and transcription services and software aren't cheap.  However, a listener volunterred to do transcripts of the Q&A shows, so there are a few there.  We discussed doint it on a regular basis for every show, but just couldn't come up with a way to make it work.
