This should probably be a sub forum in the recipe section, but post your favorites. Probably going to do this New Year's Eve.

As I recall they have a website with a lot of recipes. I don't see any reason to not adjust them for your tastes as long as you don't add a lot of liquids. I've found the trick for success is the amount of liquids since there is virtually no reduction.

So I take it you'd make this again? I may try this today, it would give me a good reason to make a trip to the Asian store.

Definitely. I'll make another batch shortly. I'll probably double it since we devoured it quickly.

I opted for those Costco boneless thighs/legs over whole legs.

Made a gallon of yogurt as a maiden run with the new pot, and have to say i am so far less than impressed. My stovetop and cooler method turns out a much smoother amd thicker final product. Ill have to play with it a few more times though

I pressure steam eggs by the dozen in mine, put 2-30 eggs in a basket insert over a cup or so of water. High pressure 5 minutes, let coast for 5 minutes, then into cold water. Usually super easy peeling.

I bought mine about 3 yrs ago and I can't recall if it came with the basket but Im going to look through the kitchen and see. Super easy peeling has my attention.

I have a silicon basket that will work. I'm going to try the eggs once the chickpeas are done.

Maybe the easiest egg I've ever peeled. I went with your 5 & 5 method but may cut the coast time back a couple minutes. I like my yolks a little softer.

I bought one of these when the thread first started but I've been too busy to even open the box.

Staying glued to this thread though..

We got one, yesterday.

Made chicken tortillas(basically boneless breast and salsa).  Was good.  One-pot spaghetti tonight.

It doesn’t come with one. I found a stainless basket on amazon that fit perfectly.
