Actually went to Ikea with TPW to get this. First time in Ikea. Luckily Coppertail Brewing is right across the street so we had lunch a beer before we picked up the stuff. I spent 4 hours cleaning the glasses and the steins yesterday. So there's not a fingerprint, beer residue, or anything on a single one of them. The only problem is that I have at least 2 dozen shaker glasses and probably a dozen hour glass shaped glasses. I have to go through those and weed some out. The big deal is that now we have room in the kitchen cabinets again! Cheers!

Wow, that's a lot of glassware.  Awesome.  I have a lot of glasses but they're just in a cabinet in my bar... not on display.  I just got my son one of those DAS BOOT glasses (DAS BEER!) and he's all over it.  Nice work Schwanz.

It's sure a goal setter for a rainyday weekend, assuming you have enough in the kegs.

I've always loved real bier steins and I inherited a bunch when my Oma's husband died. I end up getting one for Christmas or a birthday about once a year. I'm thinking about getting a wine glass rack to fasten to the inside of the top so I can hang the wine glasses and maybe the tulip glasses.

No kidding. Like I said, that's only about half of them. TPW is happy, she can rearrange the shelves now and reduce counter clutter.

I'll remember that when I brew on Saturday in 65 degree weather.

I brew in my basement so weather plays no role for me :)

Great case. I'm on buy one drop one protocol with 1 shelf available in the cabinet. I gave away a dozen or so glasses a year ago. One of these years I'm gonna use that Scottish thistle glass I swear.

Made another round of cuts tonight. I had 20 shaker glasses and another 11 old school pilsner glasses, not to mention 10 jack daniels whiskey glasses for some reason. Down to 11 shakers a couple pils glasses and 4 crystal whiskey glasses.
