10lb Avangard Pils

1lb C-40

1lb flaked barley

1lb Weyermann Munich

0.75 oz Centennial, (7% AA, whole), FWH

1 oz Herkules (13.5% AA, pellets), 90 min boil

1 oz EKG (4.3% AA, pellets), 30 min boil

1 oz EKG (same as above): 1/2 oz, 10 min boil, and 1/2 oz, 5 min boil

US-05 will handle the heavy lifting in the primary.

Beersmith says this one should weigh in at ~1.070 and ~68 IBU's for 5.5 gallons.

Smelled nice going into the primary, and the wort was a nice saturated-red color.
