The cryo hops are going to be keg hops which is why it has 30 days, but they'll be in there as long as I am drinking it. I've used cryo Citra in a Zombie dust clone as a keg hop and I really like the aroma I'm still getting from the beer a month into the keg.
I just grabbed the Ekuanot hops during an order from Rite Brew and I'd like to try them out. I figured a NE PA seemed like a good beer to take a fruity hop for a spin. I'm just a little concerned that those plus Mosaic might be going overboard on the fruity hops. Of course, I've seen a lot more hops in the NE I/PA then what I have here.
I build my water from distilled as I still need to get a water test, but I've got to install a new spigot outside before I do that. Anyway, I figure my profile will be similar to the one that Drez posted in his NE IPA thread.
Anyway, I'm going forward with this on Sunday, unless you talk me down, so let me know what you think.
