Grist:

 

10 lb Pils (50/50 Avangard and Weyermann)

2lb Munich

0.5lb wheat

0.5lb C-10

1 oz Carafa-3

 

Hops:

 

1 oz Herkules, (13%AA), bittering

4 oz EKG (4.3%AA), in 1 oz charges at 15, 10, 5, and 1 min before shutdown

 

US-05 will handle the heavy lifting in the primary.

 

Should know in early November how this one came out.

Looks great to me. Would love a little cascade mixed in with those EKGs too but should be very nice as is.

I'm making this one today; there's a good chance some Centennial or homegrown Cascades will make a special guest appearance in this beer.
