I need some inspiration for my next few beers. Already have done the two-stage fermentation for a Saison with/without Peach along with the Tropical IpA thing. I've got a Helles in mind but I just don't have a style that is calling my name right now. Any ideas?

Take your Motueka pils recipe and work in some new hop varieties you arent familiar with. Maybe stick with NZ varieties.

Some kind of stout: dry, oatmeal (Quiet Storm?), or RIS.

Denny's RIPA or BVIP.

Or (this is what i'm making next): a red IPA for autumn; i'm taking my house IPA grist, adding a smidge of dehusked Carafa to redden it a bit, with some Herkules to bitter and several late additions of EKG.

I love those hops. I've never blended them before. Mmmmmmm, might see what NZ hops blends well with Motueka........

That sounds tasty. Easy drinking and gets away from my typical IpA hops.

How about a nice Amber (ale or lager) mildly hopped, kept in the "have a couple" abv. My next up is either a Vienna Lager or an Amber Lager. Both sorta similar I guess. Lately I'm craving easy drinkers.
