Google webmaster tools flagged a couple of old threads as problems. I deleted them and asked them to review the site again. What I'm seeing is that that can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a couple of days.

Apparently google is now flagging every site without an SSL certificate as potentially dangerous.
This is a solvable problem, but it will take a few days. Would you folks on facebook spread the word to people there and let them know what's going on?

I'm not sure that's the case. I go to some other forums with no SSL cert and they aren't flagged.

They are in the process of rolling it out now. I got a notice a month or so ago about our other website. That's an ecommerce site that already had SSL, so no issues there. I didn't realize they were going to want it here too.

This still doesn't seem all that likely. They're going to cut off a lot of sites that have ZERO reason to even have an SSL cert (like brews-bros.xyz) ... You can get through the warning after multiple clicks (or presumably a whitelist of some sort).. seems dumb.
Google makes the distinction between "not secure" and "dangerous":
"Dangerous: Avoid this site. If you see a full-page red warning screen, the site has been flagged as unsafe by Safe Browsing. Using the site will likely put your private information at risk."
Brews-bros is being marked Dangerous, not simply "Not Secure"
