Hi guys... just found this great beer topic sub forum... cool place.

Thoughts on the Catalyst Conical fermentation system?  I usually brew 10 gallon batches so the though of springing $400 for two might be a no go...

All of those upright ones are non-starters for me because I control temp with a chest freezer.  What do people do who have these?
