I put about 2/3 of a pack of Gelatin mixed with 1 cup of water into my keg on Thursday night. Then shook it up.

How long should I give it to fall?

I'd wait until tomorrow.  Has the keg been kept cold since Thursday night?

Then i'd say tomorrow would be a good time to check and see how the gel worked.

for it to work best  usually let it go 3-4  days

I typically throw the keg in the fridge overnight, hit it with gel solution in the morning and then start my 48-hour carb process. When the keg is ready I usually connect a cobra tap to it and get about a half-glass of schputz and then the beer runs clear. Doing it this way with the beer cold is the best [and easiest] method I have tried.
