I think there is some sort of violation or a fine or something for making a beer with the Bayern yeast and Motueka. I'll have to check the ordinances and get back to you but you should probably set some money aside just in case.I have got one beer with Bayern on tap, my session pils with Motueka. I like the beer but I think I am not a Motueka fan because it is not wowing me like I had hoped. I am waiting for the Vienna to finish up before I make any more comments.

Brew it, brother. Brew it.Back to the Bayern. I'm about a month out from using my pack. Will definitely make a 2L starter and begin with a Pale Lager of some sort then work from there. After my Vienna this Sunday I want to use the Omega Kolsch II I have. Then Bayern after that..... So many brews, so little time.
