I've had a container of star san for about 2 years. It's been sitting up in the attic for the past year or so, so it's been exposed to some pretty high temps (probably near 100 F) and low temps (just above freezing). Is it still good to use? Will the pH tell me if it's still good?

Yes. I believe it should be 2.5 pH when diluted for it to be effective

if low just add a bit more...shake stir and don't fear the Foam.

pH is pH. If it's still low then clearly the StarSan is still good.
