if you were to leave a tap empty for a few weeks how would you leave it? cleaned and with starsan in it? water? nothing?

I might run cleanser (Oxi in my case) through it and then Starsan but I think I would flush out the Starsan. I have left plastic tubing sitting in Starsan for extended time and the plastic doesn't seem to like it... it gets soft and sticky.

I would definitely clean it, rinse, and then dry it out with CO2 for storage. Before use again, sanitize, and then run the beer.
