Firing up the kettle tomorrow early, for a batch of my Moving Day pale ale.
The weather people say tomorrow should be nice for brewing (high of 70Â°F, low humidity, and sunny. I'll take it).
Grains are crushed, water is filtered/measured out, and half a bucket of water is chilling in my lager fridge for post-boil chilling.
Anyone else firing up their kettles this week?
