Isn't there something about mixing EtOH and tobacco that is a big no-no? Seems like I read something once about someone wanting to cold steep some tobacco in a stout and there were some very serious reasons why it's contraindicated.

Right, but I forget what it is. Isn't the nicotine highly soluble in EtOH resulting in a huge nicotine dose or something like that?
