Because why not. I'm not in the mood to move the cars out of the garage. I can brew on the stovetop in there without issue but I have to move it closer to the door to use the immersion chiller. So I'm just gonna boil my wort then leave it in the garage all night and transfer to the fermenter early tomorrow morning and pitch (assuming it's cool enough by then).

Should be fine. Depending on hopping it may end up more bitter though because of the longer cooling.

Fermenting away nicely. We'll see how it tastes... Tasted good at pitch time.
