I borrowed your pilsner recipe and brewed the past saturday. I followed it to the letter with one variation, I use White Labs Kolsch yeast and pitched a big starter. Since you already know the recipe I wont go into that. It went very well, ended up with an OG of 1.055 and today its sitting at 1.015. I know it can attenuate more, but I was wondering waht you usually shoot for as a FG on this one.By the way, the sample I pulled is very pale and clear, just as I hopped and the aroma and taste was awesome. I'm sure its going to be a crowd pleaser and a second brewing is already planned.B~

Hey Brian: I show 1.013 as my FG, but that is with 2278 which is a high floccer and low(ish) attenuater. I would think the 2565 would get it down into the 1.010-1.012 range. I could see this beer coming out quite pleasant with 2565. Are you fermenting low... like 55-60°? Good luck!

Its been holding in the 62-64 degree range. I'll check it again in a couple days and see where I'm at, thanks for the info
