I'm using this S-04 for the last time on Sunday in a pale ale that will go like this...

4.5 lbs Rahr Pale Ale Malt
4.5 lbs Red Wheat
5 ounces CaraRuby
.5 ounces Nugget 14.6% for 60 minutes
1 oz EKG 5.6% for 10 minutes
1 oz Cascade 7.4% plus 1 oz Zythos 10.9% for 5 minutes
1 oz Cascade 7.4% for 2 minutes
Fermentis S-04 ale yeast

OG: 1.052, FG: 1.012, SRM: 7, IBU: 48, ABV: 5.0%

This should be a very pale amber color and the clarity should be very good based on the other S-04 beers I have made. It really drops out. The hops should have a sort of old-school citrus character and it's the first time I've used Zythos and I thought it would complement the other hops here.
