Halfway through the boil on a bock:

8 lb Weyermann Munich II

5 lb Weyermann Pils

0.5 oz Carafa-III

2 oz Tett (boil) and 1 oz Hallertau (10 min boil) to ~30 IBUs total.

S-189 will handle the heavy lifting in the primary.

Any of youse getting your brew on today/this week?

Brewed the last three weekends (Sam Adams Boston Lager kind of thing, Hoppy Blonde ale with Crystal, Hacienda Lager) so I think I'm taking this weekend off. Upcoming batches include more of that American Premium, Bordertown Dark Lager, an American Pub Ale and possibly a sort of kitchen sink pale ale. Enjoy it.

Brewed Rye IPA on the Pico a couple days ago.  Hope to actually break out the cooler and brew "old school" soon!

Brewed Saturday so the fermenter is full. It was an IPA using Zythos, Citra & Amarillo. (and of course Denny's Favorite)
