Stock Market is 19k. Unemployment is at 4.9%. Inflation is at 1.6%. Gas is $2.32 a gallon on average nationwide.  Budget deficit is at $441B. Average family income is $52k. GDP growth for Q3 is 3.5% What are the goals and targets? Budget deficit needs to be lowered, and family income can come up, but other than that, the numbers are pretty good.

How will we know in 4 years if America is "great" again?  What numbers are you looking at to judge the current POTUS?

Please be adults, and don't get this monkeyfigher locked.

There are some good things here but also some stuff that needs to be worked on.

While I always want America to succeed, I am rather pensive, more so than other times about our current situation.

Loyal to the country: always

Loyal to the government: only when deserved

I heard that a lot yesterday. That trump has no governing experience, just executive experience. It was said as a bad thing, but maybe it isn't.

Short term, probably not much. Long term, it will be a YUUUUGE improvement to not have federal spending equal to 50%+ of personal income.

If he can significantly reduce the size of our government, he'd have to do some other seriously egregious stuff for me to be unsatisfied.
