Looking to put some sort of ( inexpensive) tracking device in my vehicles.

Anyone have any experience?

It would be nice to be able to log in and see where everyone is.

Thanks!

Last year I interviewed with the company that bought lowjack. They have fleet management products - you can load up a website and see all your vehicles in real time (and remotely disable them too). Doubt they'd be a cheap solution, though. I'll try to dig it up if you're interested.

Those are nice but way to pricey for me...even with my extremely small fleet ( of 4 vehicles)

Can't you track iPhones? If so just buy some cheaper older models and leave one in each truck.

How's that for a ghetto solution 😀

If you have them all registered under the same Apple ID, and they all have the current OS, then I don't know why it wouldn't work

I haven't used their vehicle based products, but https://www.monnit.com/ has a bunch of good sensors for a huge variety of applications.  Based on their fixed install stuff, I'd assume their vehicle products are GTG.

I track all my company vehicles with Shadow Tracker. It gives you a ton of information. I track in real time how fast my people are driving, where they are at, what time they leave the house in the morning. I watch everything.

They have a mobile app that's pretty handy.

If you have vehicles, why do you always need a ride?
