Mead sounds like it would be very difficult to make......
Toonce back in 2009 sent me 4 bottles of his brew..
Great tasting stuff...
To make it though?

Not that difficult. Care taken in the beginning, good fermentation management, proper storage = good product. Polish Mead a little more detailed.

118 miles is close enough for some good stuff..........
