So many great suggestions.  I knew i could count on the PHBT.  Tonights dinner is pulled pork sammies w kansas city style bbq sauce served with slaw and beans.  (I realize that brisket is probably more suitable but I do not have a smoker and had limited time).

Pork is acceptable! All KC BBQ is served with sliced dill pickles, too.

So I had planned on doing the crab legs thing for this week's game vs Tampa Bay, but after hitting Safeway and Winco, the pickings are pretty slim.   I was thinking of doing the grouper sandwich instead, but may have to use a substitute fish if I cannot find grouper.   What would be a good one to use?

Updated list:

1.  New Orleans Saints   -  Shrimp and grits, red beans and rice.
2.  Atlanta Falcons      -  Fried chicken and waffles
3.  Tennessee Titans     -  BBQ ribs
4.  Baltimore Ravens     -  Crab cakes
5.  San Diego Chargers   -  Fish tacos
6.  Kansas City Chiefs   -  Pulled pork, KC bbq style sauce
7.  Jacksonville Jaguars -  Lubi Sandwiches
8.  Tampa Bay Bucs       -
9   Denver Broncos       -
10.    Bye                      -  The kids cooking for me!
11. Houston Texans       -
12. Carolina Panthers    -
13. Buffalo Bills        -
14. Kansas City Chiefs   -
15. San Diego Chargers   -
16. Indianapolis Colts   -
17. Denver Broncos       -

For the Colts, it could be anything cut into pieces about the size of a 1/4 hot dog - anything that's easy to choke on.

Whatever is served, it will probably go bad and then somehow taste wonderful again when he serves it at the Denver game.
