I just stopped by Trinity for the first time after wandering around Garden of the Gods. Excellent beer, great food, and 'interesting' atmosphere. I got a big hippie vibe from the place, which isnt necessarily a bad thing, but not what you'd expect from the mega-church capitol of the world. We ordered a sampler of their beers, which was 6 ~3oz glasses, for $9. I also had belgian french fries with curry ketchup and buffalo sliders with jalapenos and avocado. Both the beer and food were some of the best I've had in a brewpub!Their brew system is tiny, and they'll likely have to upgrade soon to keep up with demand, especially after winning GABF gold for their sour TPS Report. We got a bottle of the stuff to go.If the awesome food and house beer isnt enough for you, they have a guest beer selection that will impress you no matter where you're from. The only downside I can think of is food pricing, it's a bit on the high end, but I'm a cheap bastard. The beer is very reasonably priced. No AHA pub discount.

Great place, go there a couple times a month. I don't think the hippy vibe is totally out of place in CS - Springs does a terrible job actually living up to its image - but what I find funny about it is the location they chose. It's a strip mall on the edge of town. Downtown probably wouldn't have been a good fit, but it would fit in better in Old Colorado City. Nonetheless, they seem to be doing pretty good business where they are, so maybe I shouldn't second-guess them.
