They grow wild all over down here....

 

What would be the best thing to make with these sweet berries?

I'm no pro, but I make some decent mead. I'd put a gallon of honey with 4 gallons of water, mix it up well. Then add as many mulberries as possible into your container. Lalvin 71B-1122 yeast, and Google staggered nutrient addition, follow it. You can certainly use more berries in your secondary as well.

Blueberries are dirt cheap and almost in season I think...

Cider or cyser also works.  I made a mulberry cyser last year that is quite tasty.

for a beginner, a cane sugar fruit wine would really be my suggestion, 15 lbs of blueberries 12 lbs of store brand sugar, two packs of 71b, some campden, bam a nice summer wine
