Just completed my registration, and made reservations at the Renaissance Marriot.  Although they dropped a tracker on my Firefox browser at least they were nice enough to guarantee two beds.  Computer reset took care of the tracking script, just honks me off a bit.

The closer hotel said instead the possibly one king... or maybe not, we really don't know what you'll get.  Took my business elsewhere.

Welcome to Balmer hospitality folks.

As of the report from Gary Glass last night for the Governing Committee conference call, we are about one-third filled to the 4,000 person conference limit. Still plenty of room. This is the perfect time for you east-coasters to attend and enjoy the fun.

I pulled the trigger. Will be staying at the Renaissance Marriott as well. Depending on work, I may not make it Thursday night.  There will be hotel shuttles to drive us drunkies around, correct?

This is my first time going, but those room prices seem to be par for the course is Bodymore.

We had been trying to keep hotel room prices in the $100 range, but the market just doesn't allow for prices to continue at that level...unless you want to room in a flea-bag at the edge of town. Since the popularity of the conferences has increased our attendance to the point that we don't fit in a typical hotel conference room, we've had to move to bigger conference centers and rely on multiple hotels for housing. That means that the nearby hotels are big city hotels with big city prices. Its unfortunate, but its reality in today's market. The good thing is that you are free to find another less expensive hotel and commute to the conference. I'm pretty sure that there is some sort of train or bus system that gets you out of Baltimore city center to the suburbs. Its all a question of how much convenience you want or need.

We hope you can make it.

Looks to be a great time. Set up in the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards (waited too long for the closer ones).

I'll be serving at the CRABS booth opening night.

Sorry to hear you wont be there BBM.  I was planning on wearing my Greenboard T-shirt again.

Anyway, IronKite and I will be attending the BJCP judges reception at 1200 -1530 at the Renaissance.

Anyone else going to that function?

Passed on TBN11.  I'm not much of a fan of roach coaches for eating.

Trying hard to find my Brew-bros T shirt.  Not much luck so far.
