I'm looking to get out of home brewing. It doesn't excite me very much any more, and I am cutting way back on alcohol consumption. So I'm looking to sell my brewery, but have no idea what it should be priced at.

In a nutshell, it is a custom square steel tubing rack, 2 levels, with 2 half kegs (one with temp and sight glass) and natural gas burners. The major accessories are: counterflow chiller, barley crusher, march 809 pump in custom enclosure, crash cart loaded with small goods (airlocks, caps, hydrometer, thermometers, spices, syringes, iodophor, etc), 3 coke kegs, 3 pepsi kegs (need cleaning), an unused and intact half keg, hoses, big cooler mash tun, 45 lbs of maris otter, about 20 lbs of american pale malt, a couple large bags of pellet hops, assorted 1 oz hops. A bunch of glass carboys, CO2 bottle/manifold/regulator, small cube fridge with fermentation chamber.

It would have to be local, because I could not imagine anyone shipping all of this.

Thanks! As a hobby, it has run its course for me. Not to say I have learned all there is to learn, but I reached a personal plateau.

All I can tell you is I sold 2 three gallon kegs recently - $65 each.  Fives aren't worth nearly that from what I hear.

If you can store it for a while I would suggest you do so.  I quit for a long time and wished more stuff had been saved.

Huh, I'm not trying to be a dick, but, why is a "plateau" bad? do you have a need for the hobby to be an uphill climb? I like that brewing has become routine and predictable personally.
