Mike Zapolski (a/k/a High Test) let lapse the web account for High Test's Honey Haven at Comcast. The mead spreadsheet calculator alone was worth paying for. Guess he got too busy with his city council obligations. A lot of that stuff ended up as part of the BJCP guidelines for mead judging. Few things that disappear from the inter webs are a loss, but that is one for mead makers.
