I am sure I will wind up buying a bottle of this to lay down, but I had to try it now. What a great beer, much different from the last couple. https://www.stonebre...297b16717fd.htm The only thing was the citrus from the orange peel did not come out at all, which they agree with, and I think it would be a great component, so when I do this i will kick that up. The Ardennes strain is one of my favorites, I have plenty of slurry, so I cant mess with that. Winter's coming, cant get enough of these maltbombs! Although with the clean magnum the bitterness is definitely there.

I've always wanted to get into collecting beers, especially the Vertical Epics. But then I found out that they weren't really "vertical" since they change the brew each batch. Certainly the ones I started with ( I think the '08) were good and I drank what I was going to save. Beers tend to have a hard time staying very long here :rolf:
